Welcome to Rosa's Cookies, our handcrafted Italian cookie recipes are steeped in family tradition Inspired by Aunt "Nene" Christine Cibella, who's parents hailed from Sicily and Great Grandma Andonetta Cibella, who's parents hailed from Southern Italy, our baking passion is a tribute to our roots. Founder Mike Rosa has lovingly tweaked and perfected these time-honored recipes, introducing delightful new flavors. Don't miss our signature cannolis, celebrated for their creamy texture and perfectly balanced sweetness—enjoyed by locals and cookie lovers alike!
